When my car was ready a car was dispatched to pick me up and take me back to the dealership. The problem with my car was corrected and covered by warranty. I have a puzzling electrical issue with my brake lights. I'm traveling so I just stopped by Rodman Ford and talked with Joe Petisce in the service department about it. While they didn't have any appointments available before I moved on, Joe gave me some fantastic advice and even walked me through the wiring diagrams to try some DIY solutions. Would have given them my business if I was still in town.
This review is specifically for the service dept, I’ve never purchased a car here. I have a 2016 Ford Edge I’ve had since new, and had all the service done at a different dealer until recently, when I discovered some shenanigans…Charging for things that were never done etc. I gave Rodman a try and even though it’s further away it’s well worth it. Took My 2003 Van In To Sell After An Offer I Received From Cars.com And Was Taken Care Of By Dylon Alverez. They Totally Took Into Account The Below Average Mileage, 5 Brand New Tires, Dual Hvac System And Comfortbale Camper Style Interior Including 2 Inverters, Smart TV, Folding Blinds And Fold Down Backseat For Sleeping. After A Thorough Engine Inspection, He Took A Little Off Because, The Battery Wasn't Holding A Charge.

Had a good purchasing experience but the service department was poor. Wanted 1200. to replace the awful rear camera with mold behind the lens a week after I bought the truck. The truck was unwashed when I test drove it. I bought the OEM camera that is over 300 at ford for 59. Ford dealerships wanted 199. per hour. It took me about 45 minutes to complete the job. Screwing the customer never works well.

My husband bought me a 22 ford explorer ST. I did not realize that I could only get a very specific type of tire for this car. As frustrated as I was (with my husband lol) that we haven’t even had this car for a year and I needed new tires already Rodman took care of us. Excellent service and quick. The mechanic did my oil change delaying his going to lunch. I was out of there an hour earlier than I expected. Desk team did a great job managing my expectations. Plus I could watch true crime on the TV while I waited with my McDonalds! Painless experience as always.
