I recently purchased a new explorer Tremor from Rodman Ford. These folks are the best. From the general manager Jordan down to each and every sales person I’ve worked with,( Levi, Gaven, and Jim), they are pleasant, knowledgeable, honest and enthusiastic. The entire process was seamless. Worked well with me on the price and then when I decided to trade in a vehicle. I hate car shopping and this experience was an overall positive one. Gavin, Kerry, Jordan and Dylan were all easy to work with.
I got a great deal on a 2025 Lexus ES350 from Rodman Ford. Justin, the salesperson I worked with, was able to apply the trade-in credit without requiring me to actually trade in the car, and he also removed the prep fee. The finance process was very relaxed, with no pressure to purchase unnecessary warranties or add-on packages.

They offered a lifetime power train warranty and then refused to honor it for no reason! I had done everything required, they just said it was too old. It’s only 8 years old that’s not a lifetime!

Our two most recent cars were bought here. Both times we worked with Jim Laferriere to find the right car for our family at the right cost. Jim was not pushy or “salesy” at all. He was helpful and responsive. I also had some helpful interactions with one of the sales managers as well. We will likely be purchasing our future cars here as well.

I bought a certified pre-owned Traverse and the whole process was outstanding to say the least. My salesman Gavin was awesome, no pressure tactics I told him what I wanted and he made it happen. Purchased a used car from Rodman in September. There was only one FOB for the car and the driver side mirror was cracked which they said they would replace at no cost. After trading phone calls and text messages for the last two months I have not heard from them and was last told "Part has been ordered and will call you when in comes in this week". Which was over a month ago.
